It is truly amazing to see what God is doing among the young preachers in the Baptist arena. I agree with Dujuan about the eye opener view of Matthew 7:24 – 27. I had not thought of the mutual storm on both houses either.

I love it when I get something new from a verse I’ve looked at time and time again. My big takeaways were that the house built on the rocks still had to weather the storm (Mtw 7:24-27), that suffering is not punitive. Lastly, something that really hit home with some conversations I’ve been having with Zach about a college ministry is what Matt Chandler said about the demographic of his church and the deep desire for clarity of the gospel in the 20 somethings.
